Shipping & Returns
The order is sent to the customer by the postal service within 2 or 3 working days (outside Belgium), except in cases of force majeure that would delay delivery. Please note that any order placed after Friday 12:00 will only be sent from Monday of the following week. This time can be extended by 2 days during sales periods or any other promotional operation. If a delay is likely to occur in the delivery, mylookfemin undertakes to notify the customer as soon as possible. Mylookfeminin will then contact the postal services to open an investigation, it being specified that the delays of a postal inquiry can be long. In case of a prolonged delay in delivery, the customer is invited to report it as soon as possible to mylookfemin customer service by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or through the telephone number indicated in the order confirmation email.
To be delivered, the customer has free choice between home delivery or to any other address of his choice. The choice is to be stipluer when ordering:
° Colissimo home: 5euros
° Colissimo relay point or pick up relay: 3 euros
For any order over 45 €, delivery costs are offered by mylookfeminin
Returns and refunds:
Ordered items can be returned free of charge within 14 working days after receipt of the package against:
° a credit note
° a refund
Upon receipt of the return package in the premises, its processing will be done within 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) and an email will be sent to the customer to inform him of his credit or refund.
Returns are supported by the seller (excluding order including one or more products on sale), a label can be downloaded from the customer account under "colissimo returns"
