Operation: Payment in 3 or 4 times by credit card allows you to pay for the order placed on our merchant site as follows:

The order is sent to the customer by the services of La Poste within an average of 2 or 3 working days, except in cases of force majeure on the part of the delivery person who delays the delivery.  Please note that any order placed after Friday 12:00 will only be sent from Monday of the following week. Precautions to follow when delivering your order

Despite all our precautions, a package may have been damaged during transport.

Even if the packaging appears intact, always check the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery person.

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Returns and refunds:

The items ordered can be returned against a credit note or a refund within 30 working days from receipt of the package (tracking number as proof). Indeed the customer can return the items delivered defective or that would not provide any satisfaction.
Tights, underwear are not taken over as a hygiene measure..

Sale items. Sale items indicated by a crossed out price and the words " Reduced price ! », « Promo price ! " or " Sale price !or "sales25"" are neither taken back nor exchanged as well as all those present in the " Clearance sale ", "Coupon Code" or " Balances25" when these are present on the site.

Following many abuses (return of clothes already worn, stained, purchase 2 sizes of the same garment ...), we had to review our return policy.

From March 1, 2022, you will be able to return your items in the same way as you did previously (explained on the return form) but once your package is received, we will deduct from your credit or refund a contribution to the return costs in the amount of 3 euros .

We have opted for a contribution of return shipping costs rather than their total elimination in order to limit too much inconvenience to all our customers.

They must have their Hanging labelYou can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the package (tracking number as proof). Returned items are only entitled to a HAVE or a REPAYMENT (no exchange). Returns are processed within 30 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your return package in our premises. One email is sent to you to notify you as soon as it is processed and your refund or credit note is going to be made to which we will deduct 3 euros for participation in the return costs.
