Change of policy back from 01/03/2022

Following many abuses (return of clothes already worn, stained, purchase 2 sizes of the same garment ...), we had to review our return policy.

From March 1, 2022, you will be able to return your items in the same way as you did previously (explained on the return form) but once your package is received, we will deduct from your credit note or refund a contribution to the costs of returns in the amount of  3 euros.

We have opted for a contribution of return shipping costs rather than their total elimination in order to limit too much inconvenience to all our customers.

Return procedure: 

Thank you to return the item (s) within 14 days from receipt of your order, followed by colissimo. 

Returned items may be returned against:

°  A credit note

°  A refund



To make your return:

1) Pack your items in the original (or similar) packaging

2)  Fill out the entire  return slip (placed in your order and available from the customer area) or HERE = > FORM and attach the  invoice with the items then  close  the packaging.

3) Download your label  "Colissimo return" from your customer area. Print and stick it on the package packaging.

4) Drop off your package return at the offices of La Poste (or Bpost).


Items must not be stained (make-up, food...), nor washed, nor damaged. They must have their label hanging.  You can return your items within 14 days after receipt of the package (tracking number as proof). Returned items are only entitled to a  CREDIT NOTE or a REFUND (no exchange). 



Returns are processed  within 30 days  (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your return package at our premises. A email is sent to you to notify you as soon as it is processed and your refund or credit note will be made.
Once your return has been processed, we will issue you a credit note or we will proceed to the refund to which we will deduct 3rd for the participation in the return costs.
